| Reporting directly to the President, this position is responsible for the planning, directing, managing and review of all work for the engineering division as well as direct involvement with quality assurance and marketing that includes developing proposals and contracts. Coordinates with office staff for accounting, IT, staffing and marketing issues. Participates in strategic planning process and oversees project management for multiple small or large programs.
Candidates should have a minimum of a BS in Civil Engineering with ten years project management and civil engineering consulting experience or equivalent with small to medium public sector projects involving aviation, DOT and military programs. Advanced proficiency with engineering design, planning, cost analysis and construction processes. Registered Professional Engineer in MT required, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
